Northeast Auto Group is seeking a Payroll & People and Culture Coordinator to join our Perth, WA team. The role provides hands-on payroll processing and People & Culture support to ensure HR processes run smoothly.

We value detail-oriented, proactive colleagues who can manage confidential information and work both independently and as part of a team. Full‑time, on‑site role with opportunities to grow HR and payroll skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll and/or HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and employment records.
• Confident handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, proactive and willing to assist across a range of HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly/fortnightly payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support leave, timesheet and employee enquiries.
• Assist with HR administration and people‑related action items.
• Support the People & Culture team with day‑to‑day tasks and projects.
• Ensure payroll and HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
