Job summary

Herron Todd White Group in Melbourne invites an experienced iChris Payroll Officer to drive accurate end-to-end payroll processing for HTW employees nationwide. This full-time, permanent role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement based in the Melbourne CBD with modern facilities.

You will manage timesheets, deductions, STP reporting, and ensure compliance with Modern Awards, NES, superannuation and PAYG.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in a Payroll Officer role.
• High proficiency with iChris payroll system and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Modern Awards, NES, Superannuation and PAYG withholding.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a service mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll runs end-to-end for HTW employees nationwide.
• Maintain employee records in iChris, including hires, salary updates and terminations.
• Oversee leave administration and entitlements with award compliance.
• Respond to payroll inquiries with timely, accurate service.
• Manage STP reporting and superannuation contributions.
• Prepare payroll reports and support year-end STP finalisations.
