Job summary

NRW Holdings is seeking a hands-on Payroll Officer based in Perth to support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across multiple entities. You will enter and review high volumes of timesheets, maintain records, and assist the broader team to meet critical deadlines.

This role suits an experienced payroll administrator or strong admin/accounts/data-entry candidate; training and support will be provided to the right person. Hybrid work after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration or accounting data entry.
• High accuracy and speed in data entry.
• Ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.
• Experience with multiple entities payroll is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Enter and review a high volume of employee timesheets.
• Check timesheets for accuracy, completeness and approvals.
• Assist with payroll processing across multiple entities.
• Set up new employees and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Process employee changes, leave, allowances, deductions and other payroll information.
• Respond to employee and manager payroll enquiries promptly.
