Job summary

Oxanda Education is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Support Office team in Biggera Waters. You will work alongside an experienced Payroll Officer to ensure accurate and timely employee pay across a growing multi-state organisation.

You’ll handle fortnightly and off-cycle payroll, payroll reporting, superannuation reconciliations, and respond to payroll enquiries, while contributing to process improvements and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in payroll.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Experience with payroll systems such as Humanforce Payroll (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Fortnightly and off-cycle payroll processing.
• Payroll reporting and data maintenance.
• Superannuation processing and reconciliations.
• Managing payroll enquiries and shared inboxes.
• Worker Retention Grant reconciliations and payments.
• Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Supporting payroll compliance and process improvements.
