Job summary

dnata catering & retail on the Gold Coast is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Broadbeach team and deliver accurate weekly and fortnightly payroll services across a large workforce. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, audits, compliance, and data across multiple systems, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally you have 2+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Australian payroll legislation,

Qualifications

• 2+ years' payroll experience or more in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation incl. superannuation, parental leave provisions, workers compensation and long service leave.
• Experience with Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel and systems capability; Rockfast experience highly regarded.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills.
• Integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
• Positive, team-first attitude and collaborative culture.

About the Role

At dnata catering & retail, payroll plays a vital role in supporting our people and operations nationwide. We're seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our close-knit team in Broadbeach and help deliver accurate, timely payroll services across a large and diverse workforce.
