Job summary

dnata catering & retail Broadbeach is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team in Broadbeach. You will manage end-to-end weekly and fortnightly payrolls nationally, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while adhering to applicable laws and enterprise agreements.

The role requires experience with payroll systems and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You’ll support onboarding, data maintenance and payroll queries in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation including superannuation, parental leave provisions, workers compensation and long service leave.
• Experience with Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation.
• High attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
• Strong Excel and systems capability (Rockfast highly regarded).
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills.
• Integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• A positive, team-first attitude and strong cultural fit.

At dnata catering & retail, payroll plays a vital role in supporting our people and operations nationwide. We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our close‑knit team in Broadbeach and help deliver accurate, timely payroll services across a large and diverse workforce.
