Job summary

Laverton Cold Storage is seeking an experienced Office Manager & Payroll Officer to join our Truganina facility. The role combines payroll processing, HR support and office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will oversee weekly payroll, liaise with external agencies, manage timesheets and payroll journals in MYOB, and assist with accounts payable and QA duties. A hands-on, detail-oriented professional is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in running inhouse payroll functions and payroll reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, time management and follow through.
• Prior exposure to MYOB software is favourable.

Responsibilities

• Payroll: weekly payroll preparation and reporting to management.
• Support HR assistant with payroll tasks and onboarding processes.
• Office management and front-office duties at the Truganina facility.
• Accounts payable for select suppliers and basic stock/office supplies.
• Audit and QA support tasks related to payroll and documentation.
