Job summary

Laverton Cold Storage in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator for AM or PM shift in our cold storage 3PL operation. You will assist the site manager with planning, organizing, inventory control and on‑the‑floor leadership to keep shipments on schedule.

The role requires 3+ years in cold storage or warehouse logistics, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with internal teams and drivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cold storage, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in WMS systems and Excel.
• Understanding of food safety standards and temperature control.

Responsibilities

• Plan warehouse workflow and coordinate pick/packing to meet schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory in the system.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping documents and compliance.
• Lead shift operations and provide guidance in supervisor's absence.
• Respond to internal queries and produce daily handover reports.
