Cultural Attache', Embassy Of The Sultanate Of Oman is seeking a Payroll Officer/Payroll Helpdesk to support employees nationwide from Canberra. The role offers APS4-APS6 levels with opportunities to lead, coach and improve payroll processes within a growing team.

You will deliver accurate payroll services, handle enquiries, and support staff with self-service systems. Successful candidates will have payroll experience in a complex organisation, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to work

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-point payroll support to employees and managers.
• Respond to enquiries relating to pay, leave and employment conditions.
• Process payroll transactions and maintain employee records.
• Assist staff with payroll self-service functions and systems.
• Manage helpdesk requests and escalate complex matters where required.
• Contribute to the delivery of accurate, timely and professional payroll services.
