Job summary

Watts Water Technologies, through its brands including AVG and Enware, is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Officer to join our Caringbah head office. You will manage weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, coordinate employee lifecycle activities and provide HR administration support across a dynamic team.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will work with ADP Lyric and Real Time, use WorkDay, and build strong relationships while handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' payroll experience, cross-border.
• Experience with payroll administration and HR processes.
• Experience with HR data security and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and payroll data.
• Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
• Process time clocks and pay runs.
• Generate HR and payroll reports for management.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and induction.
• Handle contracts, variations and WorkDay updates.
• Support policy maintenance and workers compensation.
