H&M Group is seeking an HR Coordinator with Payroll responsibilities in New South Wales. You will oversee onboarding with Payroll, manage employee lifecycle tasks, and support ER administration including letters and visa/working rights maintenance.

You will liaise with stores and managers to ensure accurate pay cycles and timely offboarding tasks. You should bring prior HR coordination experience, payroll systems exposure, strong Excel skills, and a customer-first mindset to an agile, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Coordinator or HR Administration.
• Exposure to Payroll systems and processes in a business environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Customer-first mindset with store-facing focus.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding of existing and new hires with Payroll coordination.
• Manage employee lifecycle requests with Payroll and Area HR/Controllers.
• ER administration, drafting letters, and visa/working rights maintenance.
• Communicate with stores and support managers for pay cycle processes.
• Process offboarding tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Payroll data verification and corrections per contracts.
