Job summary

The ideal candidate will have payroll processing and HR reporting experience, familiarity with Aurion and PowerBI, and strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Training or qualifications in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Payroll processing and HR reporting experience.
• Experience with Aurion (payroll system) highly desirable.
• Experience with PowerBI (dashboarding reporting) desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process payroll transactions including commencements, cessations, leave, and superannuation.
• Maintain HR and payroll records with accuracy.
• Analyse information, investigate anomalies, and escalate complex issues.
• Complete payroll tasks against checklists and support audits.
• Prepare payroll reports and correspondence as required.
• Support HR dashboards and analytics for workforce planning.
