Job summary

Australian Government Security Clearance is seeking staff for the BES/MaPS HR Frameworks Branch in Canberra to provide payroll and HR services within the MOP(S) Act context.

This ongoing, full-time role requires payroll expertise, stakeholder engagement and the ability to support policy development across parliamentary services.

• Sound technical HR or payroll capability with strong judgement.
• Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Delivering payroll services for approximately 2,300 MOP(S) Act employees across Australia.
• Developing and delivering the MOP(S) Act employment framework, in consultation with relevant agencies and employees.
• Administering HR services for the MOP(S) workforce.
• Advising Ministers and other stakeholders on policy matters relating to legislation administered by the Department.
• Providing policy.
