Qualifications

• Experience in APS payroll and workforce management.
• Experience with recruitment systems (eRecruit).
• Ability to develop workforce reports and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting payroll and workforce management activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Providing advice and assistance on workforce administration matters and HR processes
• Supporting recruitment activities, including the use of recruitment systems such as eRecruit
• Developing and interpreting workforce reports, dashboards and data insights to support decision-making
• Analysing workforce data and identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement
• Identifying process improvements and contribute to enhancing HR service delivery
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide practical, solutions-focused advice
