Jumbo Interactive Limited, based in Brisbane, seeks a Payroll & Finance Officer to own end-to-end payroll for Australian entities and contribute to broader transactional finance and month-end processes. You’ll handle wages, superannuation, PAYG, terminations, and reconciliations, while supporting AP/AR and journal entries.

The role reports to the Senior Finance Manager in a collaborative team. Hybrid working in Brisbane with in-office days and flexible schedule is offered, along with

Qualificações

• Experience running Australian payroll end-to-end, including entries and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll obligations, including awards, terminations, back pay, long service leave, and workers' compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Run Australian payroll for weekly and monthly cycles, record in Xero, reconcile accounts.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and supplier inquiries.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements and complete balance sheet reconciliations.
