Job summary

Aligned Search. is seeking a senior Payroll Compliance and Remediation Manager to lead a complex, multi-entity payroll remediation project. You will own remediation from investigation through to resolution, working with senior HR and payroll stakeholders.

The role requires proven experience delivering payroll remediation, transformation, or outsourcing, and the confidence to operate at a senior stakeholder level. If you have payroll remediation experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll remediation projects across multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and superannuation requirements.
• Ability to analyse historical payroll data to identify underpayments and trends.

• Partner with senior HR, payroll and business stakeholders throughout the process.

About you:

You’ll be a senior payroll specialist with proven experience delivering complex payroll projects, strong technical knowledge and the ability to confidently manage sensitive issues from investigation through to remediation.

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Compliance and Remediation Manager to take ownership of a complex, multi-entity payroll remediation project. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previously led payroll remediation, transformation or outsourced a payroll function and is confident operating at a senior stakeholder level.
