Job summary

Sharp & Carter seeks an experienced Payroll Advisor to deliver end-to-end payroll services across a large workforce. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance with payroll legislation, awards and enterprise agreements while providing strong support to employees and stakeholders.

This hybrid role (1 day from home / 4 days in the office) offers a collaborative, people-first culture, modern facilities, and good transport access.

• Maintain integrity of payroll data and conduct robust audit processes
• Interpret complex awards and enterprise agreement provisions
• Processing of new starter and terminations
• Responding to any payroll queries
• Assisting with end of month / end of year activities

Position Description

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll services across a large workforce. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.
