Job summary

Griffin Legal is a modern legal and advisory firm based in Canberra, providing services to Government, Business and Not for Profit. The role requires MYOB, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable experience, along with budget inputs and monthly reporting.

The successful candidate will also assist with billing processes and trust accounting. The position is five days a week on site, with full-time hours preferred, though part-time school hours will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience with MYOB, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable is required.
• Budget inputs and monthly reporting experience is required.
• Assisting with billing processes and trust accounting will be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Undertake payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other end-of-month tasks, including firm billing.
• Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of new and separating employees.
• Maintain employee records, HR compliance and other support activities.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
