You will bridge Product, Sales, Operations, Client Services, and Technology, translating complex business needs into scalable solutions while owning local applications and ensuring regulatory alignment across ANZ.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven technology experience delivering complex solutions and managing senior business demand within financial services.
• Strong experience in Banking, Payments, and/or related financial services businesses.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution analysis and end-to-end system design.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and engage diverse audiences across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, documentation, validation, and ongoing management of business, functional, and data-flow requirements.
• Model, design, and guide the implementation of end-to-end technical solutions across platforms.
• Drive delivery of critical technology initiatives and support the payments technology landscape.
• Oversee projects supporting business expansion in ANZ, managing risks and dependencies.
