Job summary

DWS Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major banking client in Sydney and lead a strategic program focused on risk management, governance, payments optimisation and CMDB transformation. You will work with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance and operational resilience while delivering CMDB and payments initiatives.

Ideal candidates have Australian Banking/FS PM experience, expertise in risk controls and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow CMDB, and strong certification

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience within Australian Banking or Financial Services
• Expertise in risk management, governance, compliance and technology controls
• Experience delivering payments systems, payments optimisation or transaction processing initiatives
• Experience leading CMDB (Configuration Management Database) projects, including configuration management, service mapping, CI governance and data quality improvements
• Exposure to ServiceNow CMDB or similar ITSM platforms
• Excellent C-level stakeholder and vendor management skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or similar certifications highly regarded
• Agile and/or SAFe experience preferred
