PayNuts is seeking a Payments Sales Specialist to join our Melbourne office. In this phone-based role, you will sell a wide range of payment solutions—from standalone EFTPOS terminals to fully integrated POS systems and eCommerce payment gateways—and support existing merchants through retention and repricing conversations.

You will play a pivotal role in winning new business and strengthening relationships, driving revenue growth through high-quality consultative sales discussions every day.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in phone-based outbound sales.
• Experience handling inbound sales and retention conversations.
• Sales experience within payments/fintech preferred.

Aufgaben

• Outbound calls to drive sales of PayNuts’ payment solutions.
• Convert inbound enquiries into customers with solution-focused conversations.
• Support retention calls and repricing discussions to protect margins.
• Lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product range.
• Build trust-based relationships with merchants via consultative calls.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams for smooth transitions.
• Accurately log all activities in the CRM and monitor KPIs.
