Gallagher Bassett is hiring a Payments Officer in South Australia. The role provides payments and administrative support to the South Australian Workers Compensation Operations, serving the South Australian community on behalf of Return to Work SA.

You’ll deliver a professional payments service to internal and external stakeholders, support claims teams with administration, and ensure timely, accurate processing of payments while maintaining data integrity and KPIs.

Qualificações

• Recent work experience within a customer service-based role
• Strong administration experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player attitude
• Exceptional time management and organisation skills
• Experience working within a dynamic fast paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide a professional and customer focused payments service for all internal and external stakeholders regarding payment and general enquiries
• Support the claims teams through performing general administrative tasks as required
• Liaise with stakeholders for the accurate keying and processing of payments
• Ensure that all payments are processed promptly & accurately, and that all appropriate procedures have been complied with to meet business unit KPIs such as service level agreements and service standards
• Maintain filing and data integrity standards within internal systems
• Monitor, process and action emails received in the shared email inboxes
• Ensure a tailored customer centric service with empathy, respect and a focus on continued improvement
