Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to network systems for optimal performance.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and security monitoring of network systems.
• Troubleshoot payment-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption.
• Ensure payment processing complies with security standards and protocols.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation for consistent operations.
• Create and update technical manuals, user guides, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when needed.
• Respond to urgent technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
