Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of hands on experience in a similar role within a relevant industry
• Demonstrate proven experience in managing and supporting payment processing systems and related technologies
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and confidently
• High level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality across all aspects of work including documentation, system management, and incident resolution
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment, managing competing priorities and adjusting to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to network systems for optimal performance
• Assist with setup, configuration, and security monitoring of network systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve payment related issues with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure payment processing complies with security standards and protocols
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process docs for consistency
• Create and update technical manuals, user guides and FAQs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify process improvements
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
• Respond to urgent technical issues quickly to minimise downtime
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders during incidents
