Job summary

Calvary North Adelaide Hospital is seeking a Patient Service Officer to join the Admissions and Patient Services teams. The role spans across Admissions, Consulting Suites and Oncology Ward with a 7-day roster and shifts from early morning to late evening, offering flexible hours as demand requires.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and data entry skills, knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in health care
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Demonstrated attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
