You will be the front-line contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with warmth and professionalism, handling registrations, schedules and confidential records.
You’ll liaise with specialists, nurses and internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience, manage costs, and support Medicare/billing processes.

This is a Permanent Full-time position. Monday to Friday schedule. 2x roles: 1x based in Kogarah & 1x based in Alexandria.
As the Patient Services & Administration Coordinator, you will be one of the key non-clinical points of contact for patients, supporting them throughout their treatment journey and ensuring they feel welcomed, informed and cared for. This is a varied, people-focused role combining customer service, administration, appointment coordination and patient support. You’ll communicate with patients face-to-face, over the phone and via email while working closely with specialists, nurses and internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
This would suit someone coming from medical administration, patient services, customer service, professional services or another high-touch service environment who is organised, empathetic and confident managing sensitive conversations.
