Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to take accountability for your own workload, whilst also contributing to a team.
• Previous customer service experience is highly regarded.
• Understanding of the Victorian Healthcare system is a benefit to your application.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate patient data, completing referral and discharge tasks, and overseeing triage and waitlist processes.
• Managing communication with clinicians and staff through email, messages, paging and switchboard tasks.
• Providing a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for patients and families (if patient-facing).
• Setting up clinic rooms, keep workstations and waiting areas clean, tidy and welcoming.
