Job summary

Hustle is seeking a hands-on marketer to connect patients with medical centres and telehealth services in a 7-month fixed-term contract based in North Sydney.

We're partnering with a healthcare organisation looking for a hands-on marketer to connect patients with medical centres and telehealth services.

What You'll Get Stuck Into

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll bring campaigns to life from the first idea to the final results:

• Build, test and troubleshoot segments, journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Write patient communications across email, SMS, web and app.
• Run local campaigns for centre growth, new services and launches.
• Keep patients engaged through lifecycle and membership marketing.
• Brief agencies, organise photoshoots and coordinate creative.
• Track performance and turn insights into better campaigns.

Your kind of role?

You enjoy both the technical build and the creative work. You bring:

• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. You've personally built journeys and automations and solved problems along the way. This is essential.
• Strong copywriting and campaign delivery skills, with at least five years' relevant marketing experience.
• Confidence managing agencies, stakeholders and a busy to-do list.

Agency or in-house backgrounds are welcome. Healthcare, other regulated industries, membership or loyalty experience would be a bonus.

The practical bits

• Expected early December 2026 start.
• Seven-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent, though not guaranteed.
• Full-time in the North Sydney office.
• Some medical centre visits involving driving.
