Job summary

Hustle in Sydney is seeking a hands-on marketer to drive patient journeys and communications for a healthcare partner. You’ll build journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, craft compelling copy and manage campaigns to connect Australians with medical centres and telehealth services.

The role combines technical build with creative writing, requires five years’ experience, and is a seven-month fixed-term, full-time contract based in North Sydney.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Five+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong copywriting and campaign delivery skills.
• Experience managing agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and troubleshoot segments, journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Write patient communications across email, SMS, web and app.
• Run local campaigns for centre growth and launches.
• Maintain patient engagement through lifecycle and membership marketing.
• Brief agencies, coordinate photoshoots and creative assets.
• Track performance and translate insights into improved campaigns.
