SKG Radiology in Western Australia is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for patients, handling bookings for X-ray, ultrasound and imaging services. You will manage patient accounts, update records and support a busy hospital site.

Key attributes include a patient-first approach, strong communication skills, accuracy with data entry, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team across a 7-day roster.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, strong phone manner.
• Ability to handle bookings and patient accounts accurately.
• Comfort with updating patient profiles and records.
• Willingness to work across a hospital roster including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Book procedures by phone and in person for imaging services.
• Settle patient accounts and process payments.
• Update patient profiles and ensure correct demographic data.
• Assist other reception and administrative tasks as required.
