SKG Radiology Pty in Western Australia is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a part-time role. You will be the first and last point of contact for patients, handling bookings, accounts and updating patient profiles with care.

The role emphasises a Patients First approach, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Training is provided, with weekend rostered hours and potential for full-time hours as needed.

About the role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures over the telephone and via email, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.

Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly desirable; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.

This is a Part Time position worked as 45 hours per fortnight.

7.5 hours Wednesday , Thursday and Fridays

Flexibility to work up to full time hours is required as per the operational requirements of the branch. There is an expectation for the successful candidate to work rostered weekend hours.
