• Best Practice Clinic software experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Reliable and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings.
• Coordinate schedules and liaise with clinicians across multiple specialist services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide information about our clinics and services to patients and referrers.
• Ensure reception and waiting areas are well presented and welcoming.
• Support the wider team with general administration tasks as required.
