Qualifications

• GP receptionist experience preferred.
• Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays is preferred.
• Experience with Best Practice or similar practice management software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally to create a positive first impression.
• Register new patients and update existing records in the clinic system.
• Coordinate appointments and liaise with the care team to schedule consultations, tests and follow-ups.
• Assist with payments, insurance claims and billing inquiries with confidentiality.
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked and organized; monitor supplies and reorder as needed.
• Support the nursing team through teamwork, communication and smooth handovers.
