Qualifications

• Previous GP Medical Receptionist experience is essential.
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Must have availability Monday to Friday, across multiple days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and connect patients with the appropriate care team.
• Register new patients and update existing patient information in the clinic system.
• Process payments, health insurance claims and billing inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication with the nursing team.
