Mission Australia is seeking a Pathways Coach for the Parents Pathways service in Liverpool NSW, with on-site work and regular regional travel. You will guide parents toward education, employment and family goals using strengths-based approaches.

The role requires relevant qualifications, experience in employment services or similar settings, and the ability to support diverse families while maintaining case records and reporting deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Employment Services, Career Counselling, Health or related discipline or willingness to work towards qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in employment services, Parent Pathways or community services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse participants.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of participants with vocational and non-vocational goals.
• Conduct intake, suitability and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain Pathway Plans aligned with participant goals.
• Deliver one-on-one coaching and group sessions for education and employment readiness.
• Build relationships with community organisations and referral partners.
• Promote the program through community engagement and events.
• Maintain accurate participant records and reporting.
