CVGT Employment in Melton is seeking a Parent Pathways Mentor to support parents of young children to overcome barriers, build confidence, and pursue education or employment. You will connect families with childcare, training, financial assistance, and wellbeing services while managing a local caseload.

This full-time role emphasizes strengths-based, personalised case management, proactive community engagement, and partnerships with local services and employers to create pathways to work

Competenze

• Certificate III in Community Services, Employment Services, or related field (completed, in progress, or willingness to undertake).
• Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence; builds rapport, communicates with empathy, and engages effectively with diverse participants.
• Demonstrated initiative and organisational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver community engagement activities and promote program awareness.
• Highly proficient across a wide range of digital tools and adept at navigating multiple systems efficiently.
• Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to travel locally, obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
