Qualifications

• Qualifications and/or practical experience in pathology or a related field.
• Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.
• High-level data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and multitask across CSR areas.

Responsibilities

• Rotating roster Monday to Sunday with occasional overnight shifts.
• Manage and process medical request forms for timely turnaround and patient care.
• Deliver customer service and respond to client telephone enquiries as a key contact.
• Perform specimen reception and preparation: labeling, centrifugation, aliquoting, storage.
• Operate pre-analytical processing equipment and assist with housekeeping, courier duties.
