Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology (SNP) is seeking Pathology Specimen Collectors for the Northern River area. Roles involve collecting specimens across shifts from 6.00am to 6pm Monday–Friday with weekend/public holiday rosters, delivering patient-centered care with strict safety and quality protocols.

Successful applicants will complete SNP’s paid training and receive a training certificate. A Certificate III in Pathology Specimen Collection is highly regarded, with opportunities for ongoing

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, aged care, community services or customer service.
Certificate III in Pathology Specimen Collection highly regarded.
Confidence to work independently, including in solo collection centres.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding patient care & customer service, answering questions and easing concerns.
Collect biological specimens (blood, urine, etc.) in a safe, professional manner.
Label, handle, and process samples in line with strict protocols.
Maintain a clean and organised collection environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
