Australian Clinical Labs (ACL) is seeking a part-time Pathology Collector in Freshwater, NSW. The role focuses on collecting blood and other samples, ensuring proper care and storage of specimens, and handling related clerical duties with attention to detail.

The position requires Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to work across weekday and weekend shifts.

We are seeking for a part-time Pathology Collector to join our dedicated team within Freshwater, NSW. This position will suit self-motivated individuals with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.

Specific duties include:

Collection of blood and other samples from patients.

Attending to the care, storage and processing of pathology specimens.

Attend to paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure all details are correct in a timely manner.

Skills and experience:

Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experience.

Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the telephone.

Exceptional time management skills.

Sound clinical knowledge.

Ability to communicate effectively with the collections team, doctors, patients and other stakeholders.

Ability to work alone and participate in weekday and weekend shifts acrossany of our collection centres.

A current Driver's License.
