Job summary

Starter Culture is a bakery focused on exceptional quality, fresh ingredients, great coffee and producing beautiful food from scratch. You’ll be involved in the daily production of our pastry range, helping bring croissants, Danish pastries and cakes to life in a busy, friendly kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pastry chef or baker with strong pastry skills.
• Experience with laminated dough and croissant production.
• Passion for quality ingredients and making products from scratch.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy production environment.
• Reliable, organized and takes pride in their work.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with early morning starts.
• Available for some weekend and public holiday work.
