Qualifications

• Genuine interest in pastry and commercial cookery.
• Currently studying a relevant Commercial Cookery qualification.
• Approx. 1 year of experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to learn, initiative and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pastry preparation, baking and presentation.
• Produce high-quality desserts for multiple venues.
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines.
