Job summary

Carroll College invites applications for a Pastoral Wellbeing Coordinator. This senior role partners with the Principal and staff to strengthen student wellbeing, engagement and learning. You will lead pastoral programs, support positive behaviour, and help staff respond to diverse student needs within a faith-filled school community.

You will work to create an environment where every student is known, valued and supported to thrive, with a focus on wellbeing, inclusion and spiritual growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Teaching qualifications required.
• WWCC clearance is mandatory for engagement with students.
• NESA accreditation must be current.
• Accreditation in line with CACGEL policy required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pastoral wellbeing initiatives to strengthen student wellbeing and engagement.
• Collaborate with Principal, staff, students and families to support positive behaviour.
• Build staff capability to respond to diverse student needs.
• Foster a safe, supportive and faith-filled school community.
