Job summary

Carroll College is seeking a Pastoral Wellbeing Coordinator to lead student wellbeing initiatives and foster a safe, faith-filled school community. Working closely with the Principal, staff, students and families, you will strengthen wellbeing, engagement and learning while supporting inclusive practices.

The role requires a leadership mindset and alignment with Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policies, with eligibility including WWCC and NESA accreditations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching
• NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
• Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy

Responsibilities

• Lead pastoral and wellbeing initiatives within Carroll College
• Support positive behaviour and inclusive practices among students
• Build staff capability to respond to diverse student needs
• Collaborate with Principal, staff, students and families to foster a faith-filled school community

Education

Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching

NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)

NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation

Job description

Salary Range: $92,882 to $141,997 full-time equivalent plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

Coordinator Allowance: $20,743 plus superannuation

Employment Status: Full-time

Eligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Start Date: Negotiable

The Pastoral Wellbeing Coordinator is a key leadership role focused on strengthening student wellbeing, engagement, and learning.
