Job summary

BHP is seeking a Superintendent Pastefill at Prominent Hill, SA, to lead end-to-end pastefill operations on an 8/6 FIFO roster. You will oversee paste production, QA, reticulation and underground fill delivery, while guiding safety, reliability and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

You will develop strategy, coach leaders and drive performance improvements in a technically complex underground mining environment, reporting to the Manager Ramp Up.
