Job summary

The Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) is seeking an organised go-getter to join our Melbourne office and deliver exceptional member experiences by supporting core member programs and services.

You will work with the Head of Membership & Past Player Services to retain memberships through engagement, retention and identifying at-risk members, while helping recruit new ACA members and ensuring timely, member-focused responses.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service or memberships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to resolve member queries and manage complaints.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Understanding of cricket or elite sports industry.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit and retain ACA members through membership drive and onboarding.
• Support delivery of core member programs and services.
• Resolve member queries and escalate when needed.
• Engage with members to maximize value and gather feedback.
• Support communications with membership benefits and programs.
• Review membership model and growth strategies.
