Job summary

You will assist passengers, provide flight information, handle luggage, and support passengers with special needs, all with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation.
Handle check-in procedures: verify tickets, issue boarding passes, check luggage.
Provide accurate flight information including delays or gate changes.
Resolve passenger questions and complaints professionally.
Support passengers with special needs, unaccompanied minors, wheelchair assistance.
Coordinate with airport staff to ensure smooth operations.
