Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Terang, VIC is looking for a Parts Person to support customers, technicians and sales teams by ensuring the right parts are available when needed. You will stock, receive, sell and deliver parts and accessories, manage stock levels, and handle quotes, invoices and receipts with a focus on great service.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and organisational skills, enjoy working with customers, and be comfortable using computer systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties associated with the stocking, receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories.
• Manage stock levels to minimise out of or over stock situations.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and receipts.
• Work with customers at the counter and over the phone
• Prepare and maintain merchandise displays and showroom.
