Job summary

Brandt is recruiting a Parts Person for its Ballarat team. The role focuses on ensuring the right parts are available to support customers, technicians and sales teams across stocking, receiving, and delivery tasks.

You will manage stock levels, prepare quotes and invoices, and assist customers at the counter or on the phone, while contributing to displays and showroom presentation. Prior experience in related fields is helpful but not required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service desirable but not essential.

About the role:

As a Parts Person, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers, technicians, and sales teams by ensuring the right parts are available when they're needed.

• Perform a variety of duties associated with the stocking, receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories.

• Manage stock levels to minimise out of or over stock situations.

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and receipts.

• Work with customers at the counter and over the phone

• Prepare and maintain merchandise displays and showroom.
