Job summary

Narrogin dealership is seeking a customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join the team. You’ll help customers and workshop staff identify and source the parts they need, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to support the day-to-day running of the parts department.

You’ll check parts availability, assist with ordering, maintain accurate records and keep stock organised, while building positive relationships with customers and colleagues across the dealership.

Qualifications

• You have strong communication and customer service skills.
• You’re organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• You have an interest in automotive parts and are willing to build your product knowledge.
• Parts interpretation or automotive industry experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries and identification.
• Check parts availability and support ordering and sourcing.
• Maintain accurate parts records and help keep stock organised.
• Provide helpful, timely service and build positive customer relationships.
