The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Parts & Service Manager to join our team based in Toowoomba. Reporting to the Branch Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of parts and service operations across Toowoomba and the Western Downs region.

This is a key leadership role where you will drive team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes while ensuring safety, quality and financial targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing parts and service operations across the region
• Driving a strong safety culture in line with WHS, Environmental and QA standards
• Managing department profit and loss, including revenue, expenses and gross profit targets
• Monitoring team utilisation, efficiency and productivity to achieve operational targets
